"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Only in politics 3 and history 1 in the end. Classics went like a dream. Politics 3 was just stupid and no one could do it. When I say "could not do it" I am talking relatively of course. History 1 there was a timing issue which involved the examiner reading the "extra time people's time" to blind(ish) Ted whose glasses were not strong enough. Hence, I did not finnish my last essay. Did you wish for any revolvers?
